The Angel Sword Gallery

For those  who collect fine hand wrought weaponry that practically transcends to the level of "Art with an Edge" then you know what we're speaking about when we intone the name "Angel Sword". Anyone who has checked out their web site (see our Links  page) or has been lucky enough to visit them at one of the Ren-Faires and has actually been able to hold one of their creations in their hand knows that special thrill it brings. We were lucky enough to stop in on the good folks from Angel Sword at their booth at Scarborough Faire this season and enjoyed a long chat with Master Daniel and his "minions". Our Production Manager also had the pleasure to be able to pose with one of their fine creations.

OK, while not what we normally call a "Babe" we thought you would enjoy these shots of Master Daniel demonstrating slicing a free hanging 1 inch rope.

In less than a blink of an eye a piece of rope goes flying through the air. Now that's a blade with an edge!

Again, Master Daniel prepares to show us how to deal with a piece of one inch free hanging rope.

Frozen in time, check out the highlighted piece of rope as it sails to the ground.

Tough call on this one. Which is lovelier, Lady Oksana or the blade she is holding?

Here are the shop minions helping our Production Manager getting ready for her photo shoot. Hey, how many of you  guys does it take to do this anyway?

And here she is holding a great example of Angle Sword's craftsmanship.

This is Julie, a very happy new owner of her own Angel Sword.

Check out the detail of the malachite settings. She told us it took her 8 years to design and pay for this beauty. It looks well worth the wait, Julie.
Enjoy!

Julie, her friend Carolyn and the new sword. Isn't it a wonderful thing when a sharp, deadly piece of steel can bring two friends so close together?

We'll leave you for now with a final image of our Production Manager having some fun with Angel Sword's Jeff Beck. Ummm, at least we think she was just fooling around.
